We'll send you the full diagnostic report and you can either escalate with the insurer, choose to fund the repair yourself, or get a second opinion. We don't pressure you either way — our job is to tell you what the car needs.

Yes — a 12-month warranty on parts and labour on all standard mechanical work, on top of any manufacturer warranty that applies to the parts themselves.
